Family Clinic Seventeen is led by husband-and-wife doctors Dr Cheng Qing Lin (Dr Cheng Link) and Dr Cheng Yee Gin. Together, we believe good primary care is built on trust, continuity and knowing the people and families we care for. From childhood and pregnancy through adulthood and healthy ageing, we're here for every stage of life.
Dr Cheng Yee Gin
Family Medicine Specialist

Dr Cheng Yee Gin is a Family Medicine Specialist with extensive experience caring for patients of all ages — from newborns and children to adults and older patients. Her clinical background spans family medicine, paediatrics, emergency medicine and government primary care.
She has a particular interest in preventive care, chronic disease management and comprehensive family medicine, with additional postgraduate training in dermatology. In addition to her clinical work at Family Clinic Seventeen, she is involved in postgraduate family medicine training as a Clinical Mentor with the Academy of Family Physicians of Malaysia.

With more than 17 years of medical experience, Dr Cheng Qing Lin — better known to many of his patients as Dr Cheng Link — has worked across hospital medicine, emergency medicine and primary care. His clinical background also includes wound care, minor procedures and aesthetic medicine.
Since the beginning of Family Clinic Seventeen in 2018, Dr Cheng Link has played an active role in caring for its patients and shaping the clinic’s practical, personal approach to primary care. He places particular emphasis on helping patients understand their health and make informed decisions about their care.
